Sunlight Switchgear Team Building Retreat

The Sunlight Switchgear team came together for a fun and energizing team-building session filled with exciting challenges that strengthened teamwork and created unforgettable memories. From water-based activities to strategic problem-solving games, each activity played an important role in bringing the team closer together.

The games included Water Polo, Leaking Tank, Pirate Caribbean, Take Me Out, Pyramid Challenge, and Spider Web. Throughout the session, the team showed great excitement, strong teamwork, and leadership while supporting one another at every checkpoint.

Among all the activities, Leaking Tank and Pirate Caribbean were the most challenging. Despite this, the team successfully completed all the games together, proving their strong collaboration and team spirit.
