This was such a treat to get away from the city and experience a true spa immersion..

My husband and I booked to stay at Tanjong Puteri Golf & Resort and decided to have a spa day. We were wonderfully surprised by this spa - I had a 2.5h detox experience with a foot soak, herbal steam, body scrub, shower and body and head massage. They give you time to relax with water, ginger tea and fruits in between the experiences. The spa was very quiet.. The ambience was dark and relaxing - just what I needed. The staff there were very attentive to my needs, asking if I needed more or less pressure and if I was comfortable. This was such a treat to get away from the city and experience a true spa immersion - thank you!

Khatulistiwa Spa

Founded with passion and purpose, Khatulistiwa Spa is guided by Pn Sharina Pandawa, an experienced Spa Manager with over 10 years in the wellness and beauty industry. She is a certified professional wellness trainer, a practitioner of Traditional Malay Medicine under the Traditional & Complementary Medicine (TCM) Division, and serves as a member of the Inspection Panel for Spa and Wellness Massage Premises under the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC).

Pn Sharina also contributes actively to industry development as the Deputy Head Bureau of Herbal Wellness and Beauty under Dewan Teraju Usahawan Bumiputera Johor (DTUBJ). Her expertise ensures that every treatment at Khatulistiwa Spa blends authentic traditional therapies with professional wellness standards.

All our therapists are qualified, experienced, and certified, many of whom also hold SKM certifications and undergo regular in-house training to maintain service quality and client satisfaction. With a combined team experience, guests can expect a consistently warm, skillful, and personalised spa experience.

How can I make an appointment?

You may book directly through Tanjung Puteri Golf & Resort concierge when you check-in or before you arrive, directly via the Spa Booking & Enquiry Form. TPGR Guests gets special discounts and packages.

Do I have to be exactly on time for the appointment?

Please arrive at the Spa at least 10 minutes before your treatment time to enjoy our relaxing lounge. Late arrival may result in your treatment time being reduced so that the next guest is not delayed.

What if I am pregnant or have health problems?

Please inform when you make a booking so we can advise treatments that are suitable and safe for you.

What makes your spa different from others?

We blend traditional Malay therapies with botanical ingredients and personal consultations, all set within a tranquil resort setting.

What Spa Treatment and Services are offered?

All treatments and services offered are stated on our Spa Menu at our center. We appreciate our guests' consideration to be respectful to our therapists. Please do not request for services that are not listed.

Can I request a consultation before treatment?

Absolutely. Each guest will receive a brief wellness consultation to ensure we cater the experience to your body’s needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

Guests will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for the treatments cancelled less than 4 hours in advance.
