Majlis Bandaraya Pasir Gudang Appreciation Ceremony

On 6 November 2025, the “Untaian Kasih, Sanjungan Budi” ceremony was held with heartfelt appreciation to honour Yang Berhormat Dato’ Haji Mustaffa Kamal bin Dato’ Haji Shamsudin, the former Mayor of Pasir Gudang City Council (MBPG), for his invaluable contributions, kindness, and dedicated service throughout his leadership at MBPG.

The ceremony was officiated by Yang Berhormat Datin Paduka Hajah Hazlina binti Jalil, the current Mayor of Pasir Gudang, who in her speech expressed her deepest gratitude to Dato’ for his visionary leadership, integrity, and unwavering dedication in driving administrative excellence and the city’s development.

The event was further enlivened with a special montage presentation, a traditional keroncong performance, and a symbolic final “clock out” gesture by Dato’ as a tribute to his service and commitment to MBPG.
