1. The Management of Tanjong Puteri Golf And Resort (TPGR) shall have sole responsibility for the management of Sports & Recreations Centre and reserves the right to amend, vary, add to or formulate such rules, terms and conditions, including the withdrawal or addition of benefits and privilege as it deems necessary in its absolute discretion.

2. All applicants must be at least 18 years old on the date of application for membership. Children under the age of 16 years are not allowed to use the following facilities: Sauna/ Gym/ Snooker.

3. Membership is non-transferable and unless otherwise stated herein, membership and subscription fees are non-transferable.

4. Membership cards are non-transferable and will be honored only when properly signed and presented by the authorized member.

5. Members must notify The Management of TPGR in writing immediately of a loss or stolen membership card and also of any change in address, employer or any other information related to the membership application.

6. Prior to their departure from TPGR, members must pay in cash, via online transfer or by credit card accepted by The Management of TPGR, for all charges incurred during their visit for the day to TPGR.

7. The Management of TPGR reserves the right to revoke, cancel or terminate the membership of any Member without assigning any reason whatsoever. In the event of such revocation, cancellation or termination, all payments paid will not be refunded to the Member.

8. The Management of TPGR reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any member or guest who in the opinion of The Management is likely to be a nuisance to other members and guests or likely to cause a breach of the peace or to cause a breach of The Rules, Terms and Conditions of TPGR or of any law in force in Malaysia.

9. TPGR shall be for the use of Members and their guests subject to The Management’s right to open TPGR to its guest and the public, at such times and on such occasions as the Management in its absolute discretion decides.

10. All Members (and their respective spouses) must be at least 18 years old on the date of their membership application.

11. The Management reserves the right to accept or refuse any application for membership or renewal thereof without assigning any reason whatsoever.

12. The facilities of TPGR shall be for the use of Members and their guests entirely at their own risk. Members shall be responsible for their guests’ behavior and TPGR reserves the right to accept or refuse their guests from using the facilities.

13. The Management of TPGR shall not be responsible or liable for any loss of or damage to property whatsoever or for any bodily injury, death or illness of any member, spouse and / or guest, howsoever caused, sustained or incurred arising out of or in any way connected with the use of TPGR, whether defective or not.

14. Club Members are not allowed to conduct any personal lessons or programs during their membership subscription. The membership subscription is solely for the utilization of facilities.

15. Club Members are also not allowed to bring or invite external coaches or instructors as their guests to conduct any lessons at TPGR.

16. Members and / or their guests are advised to undergo a medical examination prior to joining TPGR. The Management shall not be responsible for any death, illness, or mental impairment of any member and / or his guest caused or aggravated by any injury or illness whether known or unknown, resulting from the use of the facilities.

17. Members and their guests are not permitted to bring their own food and / or drinks into TPGR premises.

18. Members and their guests are allowed to use all the facilities listed below: -

• Olympic Sized Swimming Pool / Learner’s Pool / Wading Pool

• Bowling Alley (Member’s and Guest Rates)

• Billiard (Member’s and Guest Rates)

• Board & Table Games.

• Table Tennis

• Squash

• Gymnasium

• Archery (Member’s and Guest Rates)

• Mini Field

• Outdoor Courts (Tennis & Half Basketball)

• Sauna

• Swimming Pool Floats and Bicycles (Rental Rates)

• Children’s Playground

• Locker facilities, Shower rooms and Pool towels

• Activities, Programs and Tournaments (Member Rates)

• Lodging facilities (Member Rates)

• Food and Beverage Outlets 20% discount

• Banquet and Function Rooms (prior arrangement)

• 15% Spa package except promotional packages.

• Other facilities ( to be introduced from time to time)

19. Prevailing rates for the use of the facilities by members and their guests are set by the management of TPGR. The Management of TPGR reserves the right to change or amend the rates whenever it deems necessary.

20. All House Rules must be strictly observed by Members and their guests while using the facilities.

21. No sports apparatus belonging to TPGR shall be removed from the RESORT premises, nor shall they be used by anyone other than the person who has rented them.

22. Reservations for Tennis, Squash, Bowling Alley and Snooker tables must be made in advance through the Sports & Recreation Reception Counter.

23. TPGR is open daily to Members and their guests during the hours posted at the Sports & Recreation Reception Counter.

24. Membership subscriptions via Debit / Credit Cards will be automatically renewed based on the validity period, unless cancelled. Renewal reminders will be sent prior to expiry date, informing members that payment will be processed automatically. If a Member wishes to cancel the renewal or change the payment method, an email request must be sent to sportsrecreation@tpgr.com before the renewal date. Requests received after the e-automated renewal payment has been processed will not be eligible for a refund. However, the cancellation or change of payment details will take effect for the next renewal term. 

25. TPGR reserves the absolute and exclusive right to vary, amend and / or revoke any of these rules without prior written notice. Such variation, amendment or revocation shall take immediate effect upon being displayed on the Resort’s notice board through an official announcement by the Company.
