What venues are available at TPGR for event hosting

We offer a variety of picturesque venues:

  • Open Hall (outdoor, up to 400 pax banquet)

  • Open Terrace (outdoor, up to 120 pax banquet)

  • HeYuan (up to 100 pax banquet)

  • Tanjong (up to 80 pax banquet)

  • After18 Lounge (up to 60 pax banquet)

Do you have convocation packages, and are they customizable?

Yes, our Convocation Package is at RM65 nett/pax, which includes:

  • 1 x Buffet Lunch

  • Use of Hall with Microphone, Projector, and White Screen

  • Red Carpet and Covered Chairs

    Let us know if you would like to upgrade food menus, special event-related deco/styling, hire live bands, or arrange special lighting and photo booths. Our events team will work with you to tailor every detail.

What do you serve for the lunch included in the package?

The package includes a Buffet feast, using halal-certified ingredients. For any special dietary requests (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) can be accommodated, please get in touch for more info. 

Are decoration and stage setup services provided? 

The core ceremony setup - hall with stage including microphone, projector, and white screen; red carpet and covered chairs are included. Additional requests or full ambience design, backdrops, aisle runners, and bespoke décor can be arranged through our preferred partners or yours.

What audiovisual and lighting equipments provided? 

The package includes a basic PA system, microphones, projector & screen (ballroom), and ambient lighting. Advanced sound, stage lighting, and live-streaming setups are available at extra cost (for themes).

Can we book accommodation for our event guests? 

Yes! Special room-block rates are available for event guests in our Clubhouse rooms and Villas for family and big groups.

How far in advance should we book?

To secure your preferred date and venue, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance. 

How do we confirm and pay for our Convocation Package? 

Once we confirm your details (package, venue and date), a 50% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 30 days before the event. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash at the resort. You can directly make your booking in this page, or email directly to sales@tpgr.com and one of our event crew will be in touch.
