The package includes a Buffet, featuring local Malay, Chinese, Indian, and Continental cuisines. Halal-certified ingredients and special dietary requests (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) can be accommodated. 

Basic decorations (table linens, chair covers, centerpieces) are included. Full floral design, backdrops, aisle runners, and bespoke décor can be arranged through our preferred partners or yours .

The package includes a basic PA system, microphones, projector & screen (ballroom), and ambient lighting. Advanced sound, stage lighting, and live-streaming setups are available at extra cost (for themes).

Yes! Special room-block rates are available for event guests in our Clubhouse rooms and Villas.

To secure your preferred date and venue, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance. 

Once we confirm your details (package, venue and date), a 50% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 30 days before the event. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash at the resort.
